Happy Unbirthday:

Rai and Seifer stood and waited outside of Central Station.

Rai was holding a small box that was wrapped in paper in his left arm, and a black, dog shaped (similar to the one on Pence’s jersey) key chain. Last week was Pence’s birthday. Rai originally got him a present, already. But he got mugged while walking over to the younger boy’s birthday party. There was a black eye to prove to Pence that he wasn’t lying. Despite his gift being stolen, he was still glad that Rai still showed up. He was glad to be with such a sweet boy like Pence.

That’s why he had Seifer with him this time. To prevent getting mugged again, just in case. Today the ebony haired boy wanted to make it up to Pence by taking him out. Even though the last present getting stolen wasn’t his fault.

Seifer huffed. He knew about his lackey and that pudgy, palm tree headed, lamer being together… as couple. It disgusted him to no end whenever he saw them together. He wasn’t homophobic, it was just too- How could he explain it? Too damn sugary cute! They always hugged, cuddled, kissed, and one time kept him up all night because chubby happened to be so damn vocal during their lovemaking. Rai was like a freaking giant teddy bear whenever he was with Pence. He practically acted like a slave to the younger boy too. Constantly doing things like holding the door open for him, cooking for him, buying him whatever he wanted, bathed him, made the bed whenever he came over to his house to spend the night, combed his hair, turned the TV on for him, got him Sea Salt ice-cream, carried heavy things for him, and he could just go on and on and wouldn’t run out of slave acts to name. It felt like Seifer didn’t know Rai anymore. At least tubby and him weren’t giving each other pet names. That would just be over enough to make him vomit his guts out. He swore, pudgy was going to be the death of Rai.

“So, we’re going to the Sunset District to take Pence out to eat at some cheesecake place. Am I correct?” Seifer asked, leaning against the building’s walls.

“You’ve pretty much, y’know?” Rai replied.

“You spoil him too much, you know that Rai?” The blonde grunted.

Rai blushed at Seifer’s response. “It’s kinda hard not to, y’know. Pence is just so sweet and I love seeing him happy, y’know?” A sudden voice came from the slope near the station.

“I’m coming! Don’t go!” Pence pants as he ran up the slope. Once up the slope and in front of the station, he sat down on the stair steps, panting, and breathing hard. “Sorry- huh, if I’m late. My mom wouldn’t let me go until I cleaned the dishes.”

A sun bathed, colored, hand placed on top of the young boy’s shoulder. Rai then handed Pence his presents to him. “Happy Unbirthday, y’know! Your not late at all either, y‘know.”

A smile formed on Pence’s face as he breathed lighter, “Thank you so much!” The raven haired, boy stood up on his tip toes, and put one hand on the older boy’s tanned shoulder, and the other on the back of his head, fingers buried in the ebony strands. Their lips pushed together briefly and pulled away, only for the older one to be pulled back into a deeper kiss. Warm lips pushed and brushed together, as Pence’s hand moved up, over the red muscle shirt and tracing his fingers with the patterns on the fabric.

Seifer tried hard not to blush.

Those two were constantly going at it. That was how Seifer ended up finding out about their little secret, accidentally walking in on them making out, on a bench, with their shirts halfway off… and in the Sandlot! They were like rabbits. Either they had allot of free time, or their hormones were just constantly going out of whack.

Pence was about to open his mouth, until he noticed Seifer, and pulled away. “Rai? What is Seifer doing here?” His whole face was almost red.

“He’s coming with us, y’know? But don’t worry, he promised he wouldn’t start anything, y‘know,” Rai reassuring his boyfriend, he looked over at Seifer, “Right, y’know?”

The committee leader sighed, “Yes.”

The youngest boy was a little unsure at first, since Rai was very loyal to Seifer. But considering how Rai also always seemed to look out for him, he figured he could trust him.

“Alright, but he better not be lying.” Pence says as he grabbed and held Rai’s hand, holding his gifts in his other arm.

Rai smiled, “Don’t worry, y’know. If Seifer doesn’t keep his word then I’ll bop him on the head with a struggle club, y’know,” and kissed the shorter boy on the lips.

A cringe on the blondes face almost formed. He didn’t think he would be able to get through the day without throwing up from all the, “I love you!“ crap.
